Refund Policy

We keep this simple. If something went wrong or Guify isn't right for you, here's exactly what to expect.

Overview

Our commitment

We want you to be happy with Guify. If something isn't working as expected or the product isn't right for you, we'll do our best to make it right. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

Free plan

No charges, no refunds needed

The Starter plan is completely free - no credit card required, no charges ever. There is nothing to refund. You can use it indefinitely at no cost.

Paid plans - cancellation

Cancel any time

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees. If you wish to fully delete your account, email us at hello@guify.site - account deletion is not available directly through the interface.

Access after cancellation

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free Starter plan. Your sites remain live on the Starter plan's limits.

No automatic refund on cancellation

Cancelling your plan mid-cycle does not automatically trigger a refund for the remaining days. You retain access to your paid plan features until the billing period ends.

Eligible refund scenarios

30-day new subscriber guarantee

If you are a first-time paid subscriber and Guify is not working as described, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first charge. This applies once per account.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.

Service outage credit

If Guify experiences a platform-wide outage of more than 24 consecutive hours affecting your published sites, you are eligible for a prorated credit for the affected days applied to your next billing cycle.

Accidental charges

If you were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a system error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund.

Non-refundable scenarios

Change of mind

Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the service, or forgot to cancel before your billing date - except within the 30-day new subscriber window described above.

Partial month usage

We do not prorate or refund partial months when you cancel mid-cycle, except in the scenarios listed in section 4.

Violation of terms

If your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.

Third-party costs

We are not responsible for any costs you incur with third-party services (domain registrars, etc.) in connection with using Guify.

How to request a refund

Contact us by email

Send a refund request to hello@guify.site with the subject line 'Refund Request - [your account email]'. Include your account email, the charge date, amount, and a brief reason for the request.

Response time

We will respond to refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Polar processing

Refunds are processed through Polar, our payment processor. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Changes to this policy

Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For active paid subscribers, we will provide 14 days' notice of material changes by email.
